Roy Marten Park has undergone a major redevelopment and looks amazing.  There are a stack of things for all ages to enjoy from a sand pit area to a large slide structure and lots of other exciting equipment as well.  Bring your sporting equipment too because there is a grassed area and basketball court to play on.  A packed lunch or snack can be enjoyed at one of the many picnic table areas set up around the park.  A separate dog park is also on site, so your furry friends don't miss out on a run around either.  The down side to this park is the fact there is only one toilet in the whole park, which in peak times is an issue, especially if it goes into the cleaning cycle and can't be used for 10 minutes.
